• 32 hours total study (16 hours live + 16 hours homework)

• Yoga Alliance and Yoga Australia accredited continuing education (CEC/CPD)

• Certificate issued upon completion of assignments and assessments

Curriculum includes:

• Adapting traditional Yoga Asanas to the Chair

• Chair Yoga Sun, Moon & Earth Salutations

• Chair Yoga for people with limited mobility and wheelchair users

• Pranayama (breathwork) and Yoga philosophy

• Trauma-aware teaching techniques

• Business development for Chair Yoga teachers
