Each workshop will be 2.5-3hrs duration and includes a workbook, theory, practical and a masterclass incorporating newly learned skills. Recording will be available to participants and those who may not be able to attend.

We commit to be there and 100% present for you during our appointments, courses, workshops and events. We ask of you to do the same. However, we understand things happen that are sometimes out of our control and we endeavour to work with you if this should happen to find a solution. Except in extenuating circumstances, our cancellation policy will apply. Please read our policy carefully.

Cancellation and Refund policy:

Full refund up to 4 weeks prior to workshop commencement

50% refund - up to 2 weeks prior to workshop commencement

20% refund - up to 1 week prior to workshop commencement

0% refund - less than 1 week prior to workshop commencement

Postponement or transfer requests must be made in writing no more than 7 days before the event
