This month's topic: Sun and Moon Salutations
 
During this mentoring circle we will learn more about the Sun and Moon Salutations.
 
We will find out:
* What are their origins and why do we practice them?
* What are the poses in the sequences? 
* How can we adapt the Sun and Moon Salutation sequence to the chair with options for everyone. 
* Plus learn some ideas for cues and creating a flow in the practice.
