About The Event
Join us for our next Chair Yoga teacher training LIVE in Sydney or livestreamed on Zoom. Learn how to teach Chair Yoga in a fun and supportive environment, and become professionally certified as a Chair Yoga Teacher! Recordings will be available for all sessions.
Our course will equip you with the skills and knowledge to be able to share the benefits of Chair Yoga with everybody - safely and effectively. Our training is open to yoga teachers and others such as medical or mental health professionals, community or aged care workers, teachers, corporate workers or anyone who would like to share the benefits of Chair Yoga with more of their community.
THE COURSE
Choose from 30 or 40 hours total study (30 or 40hrs CEC/CPD for Yoga teachers with Yoga Australia/Yoga Alliance)
16 hours face to face with the teacher and other students at the location or live streamed via…
